Woodruff’s Art Center Celebrates 30 years!

CUSTOMER APPRECIATION WEEKEND TO CELEBRATE 30 YEARS at Woodruff’s Art Center in Mashpee Commons

April 13-15, 2019 Woodruff’s Art Center is excited to thank the community by hosting a Customer Appreciation Weekend to celebrate a milestone of 30 years in business at Mashpee Commons.

Complimentary events will take place throughout the long weekend with giveaways, prize drawings, try-me tables, refreshments, art demonstrations and an art exhibit.

Special events are planned as follows,

Saturday 4/13 from 5-7pm Thank You Party and Reception for Staff & Friends Art Exhibit with refreshments and prize drawings.

Sunday 4/14 from 12-2pm Bottles of Hope event to benefit cancer survivors. Artist/RN Betsy Goren will show attendees how to make beautiful polymer clay covered bottles which are then gifted to cancer survivors with wishes for health.

Sunday 4/14 from 2:30-4:30 Alcohol Ink Demonstration Artist Chris O’Dell Ferguson will share techniques on using this exciting art medium.

Monday 4/15 from 10:00-noon Pastel Painting Demonstration Artist Betsy Payne Cook will create pastel paintings using Panpastels and Sofft tools, as well as a variety of soft and hard pastels
