Gonzalez has worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. For the last four years he has served as Executive Director of Restaurants, Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of Fine Dining at The Greenbrier, America’s Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Prior to The Greenbrier, he served in various Restaurant General Manager roles for more than 20 years.
Gonzalez received a BBA in Business Administration and Human Resources at Inter American University of Puerto Rico. He has also attended various Kitchen Manager training programs, as well as Sous Chef training programs.
