Classes start September 3rd
Tuesday & Thursday at 8am
Tuesday and Thursday at 10am
Tuesday evenings at 5pm
Thursday’s at 6am
2 classes p/week $159 monthly

Cheryl Rogers is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Nationally Certified Group Fitness Instructor, TPI Certified Golf Conditioning Coach and former National Fitness Champion.
