NAMI Homefront information

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Homefront is a 6 session, peer-delivered course designed for families or support persons of Veterans and service members with mental health conditions. You will learn how to:
 Manage crises, solve problems, communicate effectively
 Care for yourself; manage stress
 Develop confidence to support your loved one with compassion
 Identify and access federal, state and local services
 Be informed on the latest research on mental health
 Understand current treatments, therapies and medications
 Navigate the challenges and impact of mental health on the family

Most importantly, be with others who face similar challenges. You are not alone! Course begins on July 15th!
