This 4-week coached swim clinic with Coach Laura is for swimmers who have at least some swimming experience looking for a great workout in the pool focusing on stroke development and technique so you can move smoothly and faster through the water. Laura Howard swam competitively for USA Swimming for over 10 years. Her enthusiasm for the sport of swimming will help you develop mental and physical traits necessary to improve your swim stroke through her clinic. Beginners and veterans will benefit from her expertise. Pre-registration is required. Please contact Laura directly at lhoward@mashpeefitness.com.

Strength Training to Help Maintain Bone Density
Mondays & Wednesdays 11am-12pm
4 weeks (12/2-12/30) – no class on 12/25!

For bones to increase and maintain their density, they require the application of weight-bearing force. The best exercises are not only weight-bearing but also exercises that have impact. This Specialty Program will use a combination of your own body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and the Keiser Strength Training Equipment for the entire body specifically to help maintain bone density.

Ladies Lift

Fighting Falls

Balance & Stability Training: Physical activity is a major factor in keeping good health and maintaining your independence as you age. The Fighting Falls Program is designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength to reduce the risk of falls and maintain activities of daily living. The program utilizes variety of training methods and modalities that make for a fun and rewarding experience.

Tai Chi
Mondays & Wednesdays 4pm-5pm
6 weeks (1/6-2/12)

The benefits of Tai Chi are best shown through regular practice. Participants will learn to use awareness of breath, posture and weight transference working on the basic Yang style Tai Chi movements in easy to follow short forms. Both beginners and repeat participants welcome.
