Get Involved with Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival

WHAT: The Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival – a ten-day summer garden celebration that includes the opening of gardens Cape-wide and hydrangea/garden themed promotions and events, all promoted by the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce and local chambers and benefiting local business and non-profits.

WHEN: Annually. In 2019 the ten days of Hydrangea Fest run July 12th to July 21st. The Kickoff Party is Thursday, July 11th at Cape Cod Beer in Hyannis.

HOW: Cape non-profits will find homeowners/gardeners who are willing to have their gardens open during the festival. Gardens can be open for one day only or for several days. All gardens will charge $5.00 for entry and this money will go directly to the non- profit. Non profits can add other sales or events to increase their fundraising.

Businesses can hold special events, educational seminars, sales and displays. For several years Cape Cod Beer has organized a cocktail trail of hydrangea themed cocktails across Cape Cod. More restaurants are welcome to join. We are actively looking for more businesses to participate in a multitude of ways in 2019.

WHERE: Open gardens and all events would be located on Cape Cod, from Provincetown to Woods Hole.

WHO: Any Cape non-profit or for-profit business. For current Cape Cod Chamber members, participation would be free. Businesses and non-profits that are not Cape Cod Chamber members can join the Hydrangea Festival for $50.00. Participation includes being listed on the festival website and all promotional materials.
