Free Classes all week! I’m kicking it off Monday Sept. 10th with Beginner Boot Camp at 5:00 (this is for true beginners or someone recovering from a past injury) and then Boot Camp at 5:30 (appropriate for all levels except true beginners) as modifications will be shown. Saturday will be Boot Camp at 9:00 utilizing the studio and outside (appropriate for all levels including true beginners!) followed by Small Group Training at 9:30. This class is similar to a private training session but done in a group setting. Incorporating a variety of equipment focusing on strength and form.
