MCBA Book Club is for 4th to 6th graders who enjoy reading new books! Salem State University founded the Massachusetts Children’s Book Award in 1975. Every year there are 25 nominated titles of recently published books, and children in grades 4 to 6 must read at least 5 titles in order to be eligible to vote for their favorite book. We meet once a month on Thursdays.
This month we are reading The Terrible Two by bestselling authors Mac Barnett and Jory John. This zany fun story is about fitting in, making your mark and finding a friend where you least expect one. A smart prankster tale with heart! Space is limited and registration is required. Please call 508-539-1435 ext. 3001 or email email@example.com
