Community Health Center, in partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is hosting COVID-19 vaccine clinics at the CHC office in Mashpee located at 107 Commercial Street. The Moderna vaccine will be administered for individuals 18 and older, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Community Health Center has created an online scheduling tool to make it easier for CHC patients and others in the community to view availability and to schedule an appointment for their first, second, or booster vaccine doses. To make an appointment, please visit CHCofCapeCod.org. Vaccination appointments will be available throughout the month of February.

Individuals receiving a vaccination can park on upper level of Community Health Center at 107 Commercial Street.
