Mashpee – Community Health Center of Cape Cod is proud to welcome Dr. Luis Cohen Rubin, DDS, MS as an Oral Surgeon responsible for providing dental care for patients by diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries and malformations of the teeth and gums. Some of the main oral surgery services he provides include extractions, impacted teeth, orthodontic request surgeries, prosthetic request surgeries, orofacial pain, and TMJ disorders. Dr. Rubin obtained his DDS in Dentistry – Doctor of Dental Surgery from Pontific University Catholic of RGS, RS, Brazil. He completed Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and was given the title of Specialist in this field. He obtained a Master’s degree with a major area of study in Implantology from Unit IV of Ingá’s Post – Graduation Faculty. Prior to working at Community Health Center of Cape Cod, he worked at Harbor Community Dental Health Center. Dr. Rubin is seeing patients at the Health Center’s Mashpee office.

Dr. Nevine Henin, MD, MPH, has also joined the staff of Community Health Center of Cape Cod.  She is a board-certified family practice physician who began her career in Egypt before moving to the United States. She has over twenty years of experience on Cape Cod as a Family Practitioner. Dr. Henin attended medical school at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt and completed her residency at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, NY. Dr. Henin holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan. Dr. Henin is currently seeing patients at the Health Center’s Mashpee office and will be seeing patients in the Health Center’s Sandwich office when it opens at 90 MA Route 6A, Unit 5A.
