Herman Maril: The Strong Forms of Our Experience
August 17 – October 28
This art exhibition focuses on the large and important body of work that modern artist Herman Maril (1908-1986) created on paper throughout his career. His spare but evocative drawings, watercolors, and prints illustrate the Maryland countryside, streets in his home city of Baltimore, and the Cape Cod shores where he spent his summers.
