Art Exhibit at Woodruff’s Art Center in Mashpee Commons

“Shared Space: Unique Perspectives”

August 16 – September 16, “Shared Space: Unique Perspectives” a two person show featuring the artists Patty Calkins-Martin and Dennis Martin, will

be on view at Woodruff’s Art Center in Mashpee Commons. There is an opening reception on Thursday, August 16 from 5:00-7:00pm, which will begin with a talk by the artists followed by refreshments.

Patty and Dennis have individually come to focus on their artistic pursuits after enjoying successful careers in the corporate world. Although their mediums of choice are different, respectively oil paint and photography, they enjoy sharing a studio space where ideas can be discussed and bounced off of one another. This exhibition features work that focuses on the natural and man-made environments and our relationship as humans with both.

Woodruff’s Art Center’s hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am-5pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. For directions and more information about
