Strength Training to Help Maintain Bone Density

For bones to increase and maintain their density, they require the application of weight-bearing force. The best exercises are not only weight-bearing but also exercises that have impact. This Specialty Program will use a combination of your own body weight, dumbbells and resistance band exercises for the entire body specifically to help maintain bone density.

Calling all athletes! Cross training is a very important and often overlooked aspect to any training program. Join us in the pool for a challenging, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that will demand endurance, speed and strength. This program is perfect for runners, triathletes, dancers or any athlete looking to add a safe and effective workout to complement your training and help keep you injury-free!

Balance & Stability Training: Physical activity is a major factor in keeping good health and maintaining your independence as you age. The Fighting Falls Program is designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength to reduce the risk of falls and maintain activities of daily living. The program utilizes variety of training methods and modalities that make for a fun and rewarding experience.

Swim Clinic with Coach Laura

This 4-week coached swim clinic is for swimmers looking for a great workout in the pool-there are multiple lanes to accommodate all levels. Beginners welcome!
