Chatham Housing Authority is pleased to announce the MCI Rental/Housing Savings Program. Eligible applicants will have the opportunity to save for a down payment on their first home while renting one of the affordable units at the MCI/Marconi Campus on Old Comers Road. Under the program, half the monthly rent is set aside in an escrow account and is made available to the qualifying participants at the end of the five year program. There are 3, three bedroom homes currently available. The program is sponsored by the town and is run by the Chatham Housing Authority According to DHCD guidelines.
