Tai Chi
6 weeks 6/5-7/19/17
2 offerings:
Mon/Wed 11am-12pm with Alan
OR Mon/Wed 4pm-5pm with Ally
The benefits of Tai Chi are best shown through regular practice. Participants will learn to use awareness of breath, posture and weight transference and work on basic Tai Chi movements which will include a combination of Sun, Yang and Chen styles in easy to follow short forms.

Tai Chi Forms
6 weeks 6/5-7/19/17
Mon/Wed 7am-8am with Alan
Designed to advance your Tai Chi skills. Participants must have completed a Tai Chi program at Mashpee Fitness or have experience in the 8 forms.

Ladies Lift
4 weeks 6/6-6/29/17
Tues/Thurs 10am-11am
Want to get stronger but don’t know where to begin? Ladies Lift was designed to teach proper form and technique to lift weights with confidence and stay injury free.

Fighting Falls
4 weeks 6/6-6/29/17 Tues/Thurs 11am-12pm
Balance & Stability Training: Physical activity is a major factor in keeping good health and maintaining your independence as you age. The Fighting Falls Program is designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength to reduce the risk of falls and maintain activities of daily living. The program utilizes variety of training methods and modalities that make for a fun and rewarding experience.

June Circuits
4 weeks 6/6-6/29/17
Tues/Thurs 5:30pm-6:30pm
A full body workout with a circuit training mix of cardio, strength training, core exercises and the Burdenko Method.

Swim Clinic with Laura Howard
June 7, 14, 21, 28
Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm
This 4-week coached swim clinic is for swimmers looking for a great workout in the pool-there are multiple lanes to accommodate all levels. Beginners welcome! We work on breathing and stroke technique, endurance and FUN! Pre-registration is required. Please contact Laura directly at
