Cape Cod and Falmouth Hospitals to Hold Forums for Community Members

BOSTON- Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital are hosting three forums for community members to provide input and feedback on the health needs of Barnstable County residents. All forums will take place in early December.
Every three years, the hospitals conduct a joint community health needs assessment for Barnstable County. The input from residents of Cape Cod is critical to ensure that their health needs are accurately identified and prioritized. State Representative Randy Hunt encourages his constituents and fellow Cape Cod residents to attend one of the following three forums and ensure that their important opinions are heard:
December 3rd from 6pm – 7:30 pm: Falmouth Public Library, 300 Main Street, Falmouth
December 4th from 9am – 10:30am: Old Firehouse Gallery/Orleans Community Center, 44 Main Street, Orleans
December 7th from 6pm – 7:30pm: The Cultural Center of Cape Cod, 307 Old Main Street, South Yarmouth
To RSVP or for more information, please visit www.capecodhealth.org/communityhealthneeds or call 508-862-7896.
