Facilities Manager
Full Time-40 hours
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsibilities include maintenance, strategic capital planning, space planning, design and construction, landscaping, and leasing. Ensure compliance with applicable building, fire, and emergency codes, as well as all regulatory standards for all Agency locations.
Undergraduate degree in business management or related experience preferred.At least 5 years’ progressive experience in the field of facilities management.Strong understanding and knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment, as well as familiarity with permitting processes and procurement.Strong working knowledge of all licensure and accreditation standards as well as local, state and federal OSHA requirements.Excellent problem solving, analytical, financial and managerial skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong computer skills.
