Provides high level administrative support by preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions including preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Supervises reception staff.
High school diploma. Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2-4 years of administrative assistant experience.Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts.Excellent computer skills using word processing, email and spreadsheet software applications.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to adapt to changes and meet deadlines.

Residential Supervisor – Harwich
Full Time
Within assigned residence, implements a comprehensive system of highly personalized residential supports that creates a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals served.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years prior experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, or other unique challenges in a community-based setting. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with coworkers and supported individuals and read fluently. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required. Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated trainings required upon hire. Successful completion of Medication Administration Training certification required upon hire

The Direct Support Professional provides instruction, support, and serves as a positive role model to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury or other unique challenges. DSPs are expected to encourage development of life, social and recreational skills, community and health care access.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or additional education in the field (s) of psychology, social work, nursing, or special education preferred. 1 year of direct care, CNA, or human services experience preferred. Ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with coworkers and supported individuals and read fluently. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required.

Direct Support Professional II – Various Locations
Full Time/Part Time/Relief $15/hr plus $1/hr weekend differential
The Direct Support Professional provides instruction, support, and serves as a positive role model to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury or other unique challenges. DSPs are expected to encourage development of life, social and recreational skills, community and health care access. Provides direct, active, and constructive interactions with individuals in collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, clinical staff, community members, and families. DSP-2s are typically assigned to residential homes involving more complex and difficult cases including, but not limited to, medically frail or elderly residents, individuals with acquired brain injury, individuals with developmental or intellectual disability, or individuals with other related clinical or behavioral diagnoses.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or additional education in the field (s) of psychology, social work, nursing, or special education preferred. 1 year of direct care, CNA, or human services experience preferred. Ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with coworkers and supported individuals and read fluently. The Direct Support Professional provides instruction, support, and serves as a positive role model to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury or other unique challenges. DSPs are expected to encourage development of life, social and recreational skills, community and health care access. Provides direct, active, and constructive interactions with individuals in collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, clinical staff, community members, and families. The DSP-3 will float across assigned Agency homes offering varying programs and services.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or additional education in the field (s) of psychology, social work, nursing, or special education preferred. 1 year of direct care, CNA, or human services experience preferred. Ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with coworkers and supported individuals and read fluently. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required.
