The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod will offer complimentary one-on-one dementia counseling with its Executive Director, Dr. Molly Perdue. Counseling sessions are by appointment only
Caregiver Support Groups

Share your caregiving story while also hearing the stories of others who are on a similar journey. These support groups are led by Dr. Molly Perdue and sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod.
Normal Aging or Memory Loss?
Thursday, April 19 at 12 p.m.
Learn how to distinguish normal, age-related memory loss from signs of dementia during this informative presentation led by Alicia Seaver, a certified memory impairment specialist and the Vice President of Memory Care Operations at Bridges by EPOCH.
A Positive Approach to Person-Centered Dementia Care
Friday, April 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will be held at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church, located at 1130 Falmouth Road in Centerville.
Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod, in partnership with Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee, will host the conference “A Positive Approach to Person-Centered Dementia Care” with Teepa Snow. Snow has worked for over 30 years as a registered occupational therapist and is one of the nation’s leading dementia care educators. This free beginner- to intermediate-level conference is designed for caregivers and dementia care professionals. Six continuing education hours are available for commonwealth educators.
